Chief Executive Officer

Aditya Sharma is a licensed Engineer with more than a decade of sustainability consulting experience. He has worked closely with global clients to drive management, process, product, and service innovation. As a result, clients have achieved real business performance improvements, including cost savings, improved products, enhanced corporate reputation, better supplier and customer relationships, and improved branding.


Aditya has managed projects in more than 30 countries, including US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Mexico, EU, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Venezuela, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Ireland, and Spain. He has presented and provided his expertise in variety of professional forums including Universities, Banker’s Association, real estate developer’s conferences, & Military Engineering Services.  Aditya has a MBA from Wharton. In addition, Aditya holds an Master‘s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
